Wholesale
To set up a wholesale account, we require a copy of your business license and resale permit. Additionally, please provide your business address and delivery address if different. Have the information ready when you place your first order. We will take it from there.
Ordering
Ordering is simple and convenient, conducted via email or text. We provide flexible options, including weekly ordering or a 'no lock' recurring order, where the same quantity is delivered to your shop every week.
Point of Contact
You will be assigned a New California representative, who will handle your orders with promptness and precision. You will never run out again. Your representative will closely collaborate with your ordering manager to ensure a seamless and personalized service that meets all your inventory needs. At New California, we're the vendor you partner with, not just deal with.
Delivery
We deliver twice a week, with expedited options available. Delivery days may vary depending on your city, but our weekly schedule offers flexibility with options for early-week, late-week, or both. We are committed to punctuality and reliability, ensuring your products always arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Payment
Payment is automated through our ‘GoCardless’ software, making it hassle-free. We operate on net 7 payment terms, meaning payments are automatically debited 7 days after delivery. You will receive an email reminder one day before the debit is processed, ensuring a smooth and hands-off experience. Your GoCardless account allows you to view all invoices, helping you stay organized and making end-of-year tax preparations easier. On-the-spot payment (check) is also accepted.
Pricing
